Day 1: Depart from MOMBASA to TSAVO EAST National Park
JT Safaris guide picks you up from your Coastal Hotel in Mombasa and drives you to Tsavo East National Park for morning game drives. Upon arrival, you start with a game drive from the park’s entrance; tracking cheetahs. All along, you will have chance to see animals like elephants, buffaloes, zebras, rhinos, giraffes and different species of birds in Tsavo East. You drive to a lodge during midday for lunch and to relax before the afternoon game drives. You spend your afternoon exploring Tsavo East Naitional Park. You later drive back to a lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Leave TSAVO EAST for TSAVO WEST National Park
In the morning, you start with a game drive before breakfast. Then after having your breakfast, you leave Tsavo East for Tsavo West National Park. You enter Tsavo West National Park while enjoying a game drive from the main entrance to a lodge or camp for lunch. After lunch and relaxing, you leave for more game drives including visiting the Rhino Sanctuary within the park. You have a chance to see Rhinos, herds of Impalas, elephants and other common predators like lions, cheetahs to mention a few. You later drive back to your camp/lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Leave TSAVO EAST for Mombasa
After breakfast, you leave the camp for Mzima Springs (within Tsavo West National Park), where you will be able to see hippos and crocodile, you later go further to view the lava flow (Chetani lava) and more natural features seen within the park. In the afternoon after lunch, you drive back to your beach hotel in Mombasa. From this point, you have options to sign up for other safari packages with Julius Tact Safaris and explore the Africa’s wilderness.
